One Step HIV1/2 in Whole Blood Test CE Approved is a rapid
direct-binding screening test for the presence of HIV 1 and HIV 2
antibodies. This test is based on the principle of double-antigen
sandwich immunoassay for the qualitative detection of anti-HIV
antibodies in human serum. Purified recombinant antigens are used
to specifically identify anti-HIV. One Step HIV1/2 in Whole Blood Test CE Approved that is pre-coated with two purified HIV recombinant antigens as
two separate lines on the test strip.One purified recombinant
antigen is specific for HIV-1 and the other purified recombinant
antigen is specific for HIV-2. The conjugate pads are dispensed
with purified recombinant antigens that are specific for HIV-1 and
pan-specific for HIV-2, conjugated to colloidal gold. Test results
can be read intuitively without any instrumentation.This one-step
test is very sensitive and only takes about 15 minutes.
